The state of California has released this update. The link below is the newly released CA mandatory notice called : YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS A PREGNANT EMPLOYEE (04/16) This is effective April 1, 2016. This replaces Notice A under the DEPARTMENT OF FAIR EMPLOYMENT & HOUSING. According to the DFEH, employers will not be penalized for not having this new notice up by April 1st.
